The location provided great access to the mrt station. It was a quick walk (under 5 minutes) to city hall station. numerous restaurants surrounded the hotel, i noticed two 7-eleven convenience stores were also very close.
i found a slight wait at reception on occasion.

the hotel is close to many restaurants and shops and all were within walking distance it was convenient
the first morning i didn't have hot water i spoke to the front desk and they fixed it for the next day the rooms are old and shabby the value for the cost wasn't there

the location provided easy access to transportation and shopping areas (i found many cool stores!). breakfast had great options. it was easy to grab a quick bite before heading out for the day. the lobby staff had a friendly demeanor, which i appreciated.
i noticed a slight delay in response when i requested extra towels.
